Rob Reiner, the man behind "This is Spinal Tap," "The Princess Bride" and "Stand By Me," speaks at a Full Circle Fund "Joint Impact Circle" meeting. He talked about the reasoning behind Preschool for All, his initiative which would make preschool a right for all four-year-olds in California. He argued very convincingly that this initiative would massively improve education in the state.

First, people need to vote for it. That's why I'm donating a painting to an auction for the League of Young Voters to be held on March 31.
